    ESSENTIALS & ULTIMATE VALUE PACKAGES Who is considered an adult or a minor? Guests on all Sailings from Australia:
    • Adult: 18 years and older
    • Minor: Under 18 years old
    Guests on sailings from the United States and Europe:
    • Adult: 21 years and older
    • Minor: Under 21 years old
    Can adults in the same stateroom choose different packages? Unfortunately, there is no mix and match option. All adults in the same stateroom must purchase the same package. For example, all adults must choose either the Essentials or Ultimate package. What options do minors have? Minors may:
    • Choose not to purchase a package, or
    • Purchase the Essentials Value Package (Minors)
    The Essentials Value Package (Minors) can be purchased independently and does not require other guests in the stateroom to purchase a package.
    KIDS & TEENS VALUE PACKAGE Who can purchase the Kids & Teens Value Package? The Kids & Teens Value Package is available to guests who ages 3 to 17 at the time of sailing. Do all guests in the stateroom need to purchase the Kids & Teens Value Package? No. Unlike adult packages, the Kids & Teens Value Package can be purchased independently and does not require other guests in the same stateroom to purchase any package. Are minors under 3 eligible for the Kids & Teens Value Package? No. Minors under 3 years old are not eligible for the Kids & Teens Value Package.
    How and when can I buy one of the packages? The Essentials Value and Ultimate Value packages promotion is available for purchase for a limited time 18 April through 5 July 2026 on all sailings departing from 1 May through 31 December 2026. Once your cruise is booked, the packages must be purchased online prior to sailing on My Cruise Manager during the current promotional period. The packages are not available for purchase once on board. Guests who already have a booking on a qualifying sailing can also purchase a package by visiting My Cruise Manager. Who is eligible to purchase a package? And how many guests in a stateroom are required to purchase a package? For the Essentials Value package (18+) and Ultimate Value package (18+), any guest who is 18 or older (on Australian Sailings) at the time of sailing can purchase them, and every adult in the stateroom must choose the same package. Guests younger than 18 on Australian sailings can either select the Essentials Value Package (Minors) or skip a package altogether, while children under 3 are not eligible for any Value Package. What if my stateroom has a mix of guests above and under 18 years old? Can some guests purchase the Essentials Value package and others purchase the Ultimate Value package with Cheers!? All guests who are 18 or older on Australian sailings must each select and purchase either the Essentials Value package (18+) and Ultimate Value package (18+); mixing between these options is not an option. Guests under 18 on Australian sailings can choose Essentials Value Package (Minors) or decide not to buy a package. Can the adults in the stateroom purchase the Ultimate Value Package and the minors purchase the Essentials Value Package (Minors)? Yes, minors can choose the Essentials Value Package (Minors) independently from the adults’ choice. Can the minors purchase the Essentials Value Package (Minors) even when adults didn’t purchase any package? Yes, minors can choose the Essentials Value Package (Minors) independently from the adults’ choice. Which sailings are the packages available on? When can I buy the package? The packages are available on all sailings departing from 1 May through 31 December 2026. The packages are currently available for purchase on a limited-time basis between 18 April and 5 July 2026. Is the price the same for all guests? The price is the same for all guests who purchase the package. How do I redeem the various benefits of the packages? To enjoy the drinks package or the wi-fi plans, guests do not have to do anything other than buy a package! These benefits will be automatically activated on board. To redeem their pre-cruise shore excursion, dining, spa or photo discounts, guests must redeem them online on My Cruise Manager with a purchase before departure. Pre-cruise discounts cannot be applied on board. Shore excursion, dining and spa purchases are subject to availability, so guests are encouraged to make plans early when using their package benefits. How will I know if I already bought one of these packages? Visit Booking and Order Details in My Cruise Manager for a record of all experiences purchased for your upcoming sailing. Any unused discount benefits received through these packages will remain visible on the site until the online order cut-off date for the qualifying benefit category. If my stateroom is part of a multi-room booking or I have connected my booking to another booking as a ‘travel with’ room, will all linked rooms/bookings be required to purchase a package? No, the offer applies to the guests in the individual stateroom, even those that are part of a multi-room or linked booking. Can I combine the discounts from these packages with any other discounts I may be eligible for? The discounts of the Essentials Value and Ultimate Value packages are not eligible to be combined with any other discounts or promotions. KIDS & TEENS VALUE PACKAGE How do I redeem the benefits of the Kids & Teens Value Package? Guests don’t have to do anything other than buy a package! The drinks package and wi-fi plan will be automatically activated on board, while the arcade tokens will be automatically loaded to the guest's Sail & Sign® account. We’ll deliver the lanyard and Bottomless Bubbles souvenir cup to the stateroom. The bulk candy discount can be redeemed at Cherry On Top during purchase.
    What types of drinks are included in Cheers! and Cheers! Zero Proof? Please refer to the Cheers! and Cheers! Zero Proof product pages for additional details. Are service charges for the drinks benefit included in the price? Yes, the package price includes any additional service charges associated with the drinks benefit. If my stateroom purchases the Essentials Value package that comes with Cheers! Zero Proof, will the adults in the stateroom be eligible to purchase the Cheers! package? Yes. While guests in the same stateroom cannot purchase a mix of the Essentials Value and Ultimate Value packages, when purchasing the Essentials Value package, guests can then buy Cheers! in a separate, stand-alone transaction.
    What is included in the Social, Value and Premium Wi-Fi Plans? Please refer to the Social, Value and Premium Wi-Fi Plan product pages for additional details. Can multiple devices be connected at the same time? The Social, Value and Premium Wi-Fi Plans support one active device connection at a time unless otherwise specified in the onboard internet policy. ESSENTIALS & ULTIMATE VALUE PACKAGES If I purchase the Essentials Value package with the Value Wi-Fi Plan, can I upgrade my Wi-Fi Plan to Premium? Yes, the Wi-Fi plan can be upgraded once your sailing begins through the HUB App. However, the Essentials Value package itself cannot be modified or upgraded on board. KIDS & TEENS VALUE PACKAGE If I purchase the Kids & Teens Value Package with the Social Wi-Fi Plan, can I upgrade my Wi-Fi Plan? Yes, the Wi-Fi plan can be upgraded once your sailing begins through the HUB App. However, the Kids & Teens Value package itself cannot be modified or upgraded on board.
    ESSENTIALS & ULTIMATE VALUE PACKAGES Note: This section applies only to the Essentials and Ultimate Value Packages. The Kids & Teens Value Package does not include shore excursion, dining, spa, or photo discounts. How do I redeem my pre-cruise discounts? To use their discounts, guests must redeem them on My Cruise Manager on carnival.com.au. Since some offerings are subject to availability, guests with the Essentials Value and Ultimate Value packages are encouraged to make their plans early. Once I purchase a package, is there a deadline by which I must use my pre-cruise discounts? Guests can use their discounts any time after they purchase a package, as long as they do so on My Cruise Manager on carnival.com.au at least three days prior to sailing. In addition, we encourage guests to book their experiences as soon as possible given capacity limitations on many of our most popular items. We do sell out! Can I use my pre-cruise discounts to purchase experiences only for myself or for others? One person managing the booking must redeem the discounts on behalf of everyone in the stateroom with the package. To fully utilize the package’s discounts for a specific category (e.g. shore excursions, dining), one person has to make a single transaction for all guests with the package’s discounts, where each guest’s discount will be applied. For example, if a guest does not book a shore excursion for all guests in the stateroom with the package in the same transaction, they will forfeit the discounts for the other guests. Can my pre-cruise discounts be used on one experience only or can they be spread across multiple experiences? Shore excursion discounts can be spread across multiple excursions, as long as they’re booked together in a single transaction. Dining discounts, on the other hand, must be used on one dining reservation and redeemed in the same transaction. What if I want to apply my pre-cruise discount on a shore excursion or dining experience that is more expensive than the value of my pre-cruise discount? If a guest wants to apply their pre-cruise discounts on an experience that is more expensive than the value of their pre-cruise discount they can do so, they just need to pay the difference with another accepted form of payment. What if I want to apply my pre-cruise discount on a shore excursion or dining experience that is less expensive than the value of my pre-cruise discount? At this time, the shore excursion and dining discounts can only be applied on purchases that are greater in value than the value of the discounts. What happens if the shore excursions or dining experience I want is not available when booking online? Our shore excursions and dining experiences are capacity-controlled. Guests can continue to monitor availability for their desired experiences on carnival.com.au in case availability should open up. If a guest no longer wants to keep their Essentials Value or Ultimate Value package, they are always welcome to cancel the package for a full refund, as long as they do so online before the cruise. Are there any exclusions to the discounts? Spa discounts are not available on Blow Out – Bundle of 3, Thermal Suites, Medi-Spa Treatments, Restylane and Dysport Treatments. Photo discounts are only available on ProPortrait packages and not available on other services such as Dreams Studio. The value of each shore excursion and dining reservation must be greater than the discount for the promotion to apply. Shore excursions discounts cannot be applied towards Faster to the Fun. Shore excursions discount does not apply to short sailings without port calls or to itineraries where shore excursions are unavailable or cannot be operated. All discount benefits must be redeemed by three days prior to embarkation or the offers are forfeited. The ship I am sailing on does not have any options to use my dining or other discounts on. Can I get a refund for the portion of the package I do not use? Dining venues (and other experiences that come with a discount) are limited in capacity and may not be available on your ship/sailing. Due to the fixed-price structure of the offer, refunds for any unused benefits cannot be issued. However, guests can cancel their package entirely (subject to Carnival’s standard cancellation terms for pre-cruise purchases) for a full refund.
    KIDS & TEENS VALUE PACKAGE Note: This section applies only to the Kids & Teens Value Package. What is included with the arcade benefit? The Kids & Teens Value Package includes an Arcade Package with 1,500 tokens which will be automatically linked to the guest's Sail & Sign account after embarkation. Does arcade credit have cash value? No. The arcade credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
    KIDS & TEENS VALUE PACKAGE Note: This section applies only to the Kids & Teens Value Package. What does the 50% bulk candy discount include? Guests receive 50% off participating bulk candy purchases at Cherry On Top on board. Certain retail items and promotions may be excluded. Availability varies by ship. Can I redeem the lanyard at the Fun Shops retail stores on board? No. The Kids & Teens Value Package only covers lanyards delivered directly to the stateroom. Design options depend on available inventory.
    ESSENTIALS & ULTIMATE VALUE PACKAGES Note: This section applies only to the Essentials and Ultimate Value Packages If I purchase a package, use the shore excursion and dining pre-cruise discounts, and then decide I want to switch to another experience, will I be able to use my discounts on the new experiences? While guests will get a refund for the paid amount, they will not automatically get their pre-cruise discounts back due to system limitations. If guests would like to apply those discounts to a different qualifying experience, they should call 13 31 94 and one of our agents will be able to help them apply their discounts to a new purchase. For spa and photo purchases however, guests will be able to continue to use their discounts. Please note that it may take 3 business days or more to process these requests and the cut-off promo redemption remains 3 days prior to embarkation even in these cases. If I initially purchase the Essentials package, can I switch to the Ultimate package before my cruise? You may modify your package selection up to 24 hours before embarkation. To proceed, please cancel the Essentials package order and purchase the Ultimate package before midnight on the day the cancellation is made. This change must be made by midnight to not impact any existing purchases associated with the package benefits, such as shore excursion and dining discounts.
    Are the packages refundable? The packages are fully refundable as long as they are cancelled before the cruise on carnival.com.au, in accordance with Carnival’s standard cancellation terms for pre-cruise purchases. What if I don’t use all of the benefits that are part of the package? Can I get any refunds? The packages are designed to have one simple, upfront price. Even if you don’t use every benefit of the package, it is likely to still be cost effective. Any benefits not used will not be eligible for a refund. What happens if I cancel my cruise? If the cruise is cancelled and the package qualifies under Carnival's cancellation policies, the package will also be refunded. Can booked guest promotions be applied toward Cruise Value Packages? No. Booked guest promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of the Kids & Teens Value Package. ESSENTIALS & ULTIMATE VALUE PACKAGES What if I already pre-purchased other items that are part of this package and now purchase the package? Will the discount apply to my past purchases such as a shore excursion or dining experience? Can booked guest promotions be applied toward Cruise Value Packages? What if I already pre-purchased other items that are part of this package and now purchase the package? Will the discount apply to my past purchases such as a shore excursion or dining experience? No, the benefits and discounts of the packages do not apply to any past purchases. However, guests may cancel their prior pre-purchases made on carnival.com.au and then repurchase them; any applicable discounts will then automatically apply. Before cancelling any pre-purchases, we advise guests to check the continued availability of their desired experiences before making their choices. If I purchase a package, use the pre-cruise discounts, and then cancel the package, what happens to the shore excursion, dining, spa or photo purchases I made? Any shore excursion, dining, spa or photo purchases where the pre-cruise discount was used will be cancelled if a guest cancels their package. Guests will then have to buy the shore excursion and/or dining experience again on their own. If you cancel and rebook a value package by midnight on the same day of the cancellation, you will retain your discounts on your purchased items. If I purchase a package, use the shore excursion and dining pre-cruise discounts, and then decide I want to switch to another experience, will I be able to use my discounts on the new experiences? While guests will get a refund for any money spent to purchase their shore excursion or dining experiences, they will not automatically get their pre-cruise discounts back due to system limitations. If guests would like to apply those discounts to a different shore excursion and dining experience, they should call 13 31 94 and one of our agents will be able to help them apply their discounts to a new purchase. For spa and photo purchases however, guests will be able to continue to use their discounts. Please note that it may take three business days or more to process these requests and the cut-off for to redeem the pre-cruise discount remains three days prior to embarkation even in these cases. If there is a change to the main or responsible party on a booking that has purchased the package, what happens to the package and any purchases that have been made using the package’s discounts? In such cases, the package purchase will be cancelled for all guests in the cabins as well as any shore excursion, dining, spa or photo purchases made using the package.
    Are package benefits available on every ship? Availability of specific experiences, venues, and services included in or discounted by the packages may vary by ship and sailing. What if a benefit or experience becomes unavailable on board? Some products and experiences are capacity-controlled or subject to availability. Refunds for unused or unavailable individual benefits cannot be issued, but guests may cancel the entire package for a full refund before the cruise.

    Terms & conditions

    The Essentials Value and Ultimate Value packages are available for a limited time on all sailings departing from May 1 through December 31, 2026. Packages must be purchased online between April 18 through July 5, 2026 on My Cruise Manager and are not available on board. The Essentials Value Package (Adults) requires all guests in the same stateroom age 18 and older on Australian sailings (or 21 and older on all other sailings) to purchase. The Ultimate Value Package requires all guests in the same stateroom age 18 and older on Australian sailings (or 21 and older on all other sailings) to purchase; guests under the applicable age limits are not eligible. The Essentials Value Package (Minors) is available for guests under 18 years of age on Australian sailings and under 21 years of age on all other sailings (minimum age of 3 years), and it does not have to be purchased by other guests in the stateroom. All qualifying adult guests in a single stateroom must purchase the same package and packages cannot be mixed once a package is purchased. Packages are fully refundable if cancelled pre-cruise; unused benefits are non-refundable. Booked guest promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of these packages.

    The Essentials Value package includes the Cheers! Zero Proof drinks package, Wi-Fi Value package, a one-time $75 p/person discount on Shore Excursions and a one-time $40 p/person discount on Specialty Dining.  The Ultimate Value package includes the Cheers! drinks package, Wi-Fi Premium package, a one-time $75 p/person discount on Shore Excursions, a one-time $40 p/person discount on Specialty Dining, a 50% discount on Spa bookings and a 50% discount on Photo packages. Package price is inclusive of drink package service charge.

    All discounts and benefits associated with these packages must be used no later than three days prior to embarkation; any unused discounts after this deadline will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation of the package, all transactions and purchases completed using discounts or benefits associated with the package shall be automatically voided and cancelled if a new package is not purchased by midnight on the same day of the cancellation.

    Spa discounts exclude Thermal Suites, Medi-Spa treatments, Restylane, Blow Out – Bundle of 3, and Dysport treatments. Photo discounts apply only to ProPortrait packages and do not apply to Dreams Studio packages. Shore excursions discounts exclude Faster to the Fun.     The value of each shore excursion and dining reservation must be greater than the discount for promotion to apply. Dining and shore excursion discounts are separate offers. Each discount may be applied one (1) time per booking and applies to all eligible guests within the same booking when qualifying items are added to the cart. Discounts may not be split or applied across multiple bookings.

    Offer availability and eligibility are subject to verification at the time of purchase and may vary by sailing. Final offer eligibility is determined by the guest profile and applied at checkout, provided all offer conditions are met. All offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
