  • Whichever option you select, it will apply to all guests on the reservation.
  • Regardless of the option you choose, your taxes, fees and port expenses, pre-purchased Carnival shore excursions, beverage and Wi-Fi packages, and Fun Shop purchases will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
  • If a selection is not made by 30 September 2021, a 100% Future Cruise Credit equal to the amount of cancellation penalties on your original booking will be automatically applied.
  • If you purchased your own flights for getting to your cruise, we encourage you to contact your airline or travel agent about your options as the airlines are being flexible with change fees.

You may maintain your existing reservation and a AUD$100, per stateroom, onboard credit (OBC) will be automatically applied to your booking should the cruise operate. This is in addition to any other OBC currently on the booking. You will be responsible for any final payments due. If the sailing is eventually cancelled, and you haven't already received our enhanced value offer, you will be eligible for the rebooking offer or a full refund. No immediate action is needed at this time and we will continue to keep you informed.
Or you may cancel now through 31 March 2021 and receive a full refund to your original form of payment. If you booked with a future cruise credit (FCC), you will receive a refund for any amount paid above your FCC. You will retain the FCC (and the accompanying OBC) as long as your next cruise is booked by 30 September 2021 for a sailing departing by 30 April 2023. If the cruise is eventually cancelled, and your booking did not already have an FCC/OBC, you will not be eligible for the rebooking offer made to guests who remain on the sailing.
