Carnival Luminosa is a true gem of the Carnival fleet, hosting up to 2,260 guests and 926 crew members on every cruise.

During summer, Carnival Luminosa calls Australia home, before making her way to the United States for the Northern Hemisphere summer (trip to Alaska, anyone?).

With three pools, daily shows, a huge range of restaurants and bars, loads of activities, a day spa and even an adults-only retreat, you won’t want to go back to dry land.

What you’ll find on each deck

Carnival Luminosa has 12 decks to explore during your cruise. On the top three you’ll find our pools, restaurants and bars, Cloud 9 Spa and – for those who’d like to get in a morning run – even a jogging track.

Our casino, night club and the Luminosa Theatre (which spans three levels!) are on the lower decks.

Our Staterooms are on Deck 1, and Decks 4-8 – and you’ll find stunning views of the sea and sky from every one.

At lunch, you’ll find yourself absolutely spoiled for choice: Why not try Pizzeria del Capitano for pizza made from hand-tossed dough? Pop into the Deli for a New York-style pastrami on rye, or stop at the Lido Marketplace for a freshly-made salad. (Top tip: They’re all open for dinner, too).

Join us for a three-course dinner in the dining room in the evening, where our ever-changing menu is sure to tickle your taste buds. If you’ve still got room for dessert, stop into Swirls for an ice cream or frozen yoghurt.

At Fahrenheit 555 you might find fresh oysters, 120-day aged filet mignon, and fresh barramundi all on the menu, paired with the finest Australian and New Zealand wines. For dessert, you won’t want to miss art at the table, where an abstract, edible work of art is created right in front of you.

The Chef’s Table is an intimate, VIP dining experience like no other. A culinary journey crafted by our Master Executive Chef, it includes cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and an exclusive, behind the scenes tour of the galley.

Camp Ocean

Kids of all ages are in for a world of fun at Camp Ocean. The under-5s can play Musical Icebergs, while those aged 6-8 might design their own aquarium. Older kids can play sea-themed volleyball and paint a giant ocean mural, while Club O2 is for the teens onboard.
