More ships

We’re excited to welcome two additional ships to the Carnival family in March 2025 when sister cruise line, P&O Cruises Australia’s Pacific Adventure® and Pacific Encounter® join the fleet. The addition of Carnival Adventure™ and Carnival Encounter™ will see Carnival’s fleet grow to four ships, offering guests even more choices for unforgettable holidays at sea.

Carnival Adventure will join Carnival Splendor sailing from Sydney, and Carnival Encounter will join Carnival Luminosa offering unforgettable cruise holidays from Brisbane.

More Short Getaways

In response to the growing popularity of short getaways, we’ve expanded our selection of two-to-four-night cruises. Getaway cruises are the perfect way to sample the Carnival cruise experience because guests can enjoy all the fun and excitement of a full-sized holiday in just a few days.

With 78 short getaways from Sydney and 43 from Brisbane, plus a range of different cruise options including some that visit unforgettable destinations like Moreton Island and Airlie Beach, there’s never been a better reason to treat yourself to a short getaway.

More Fan-Favourites

Our 2026 – 2027 cruise season also features more fan-favourites, best sellers, and more of our most popular destinations such as Moreton Island, the South Pacific, the Great Barrier Reef and New Zealand. And for those who want to explore further afield, we’ve also got cruises visiting Fiji and Papua New Guinea.

If you’re searching for a short getaway, hoping for a longer holiday, or seeking some South Pacific serenity, our 2026 – 2027 cruise season has you covered.
