Kayak Adventure: Embark on an unforgettable guided kayak tour to the Tangalooma Wrecks on Moreton Island. Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 8 years. Any guests 18 years or younger must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Maximum combined weight - 160 kg. At check in, pregnant guests and those with epilepsy or neurological conditions that can result in seizures, blackouts, sudden weakness, loss of awareness, balance problems, or dissociative episodes are required to present a medical note from within the last 6 months specifying they are medically cleared to participate in the kayak tour. You will be required to sign a waiver prior to commencing the tour. A parent or guardian must accompany all guests under the age of 18 at check-in. Previous kayaking experience or a decent fitness level is required to participate in this tour as it is approximately 5-6 km of kayaking. All guests are required to wear a life jacket throughout the tour.
What to Bring: Comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, hat, reef-friendly sunscreen, swimmers, a towel, and bottled water.
Good to Know: This tour is an out-and-back experience however it may be modified due to weather conditions. The tour is based on a double kayak (two guests per kayak), so only one ticket per kayak is required.
