Transfer to the Parc Zoologique et Forestier, located in the lush green hills overlooking Noumea, for a quick safety briefing, helmet fitting and Segway pairing. Enjoy the agility and freedom your Segway offers. Follow your guide and navigate the winding pathways, pass by ponds, lakes, native shrubs, and fascinating bird life. Enjoy ocean views in the distance. Your guide will stop along the way to point out highlights. See a huge variety of wild and domestic animals, like the Roussette (fruit bat), notou pigeon, parakeets, and the Cagou, an endemic, flightless bird.
Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 14 years. Maximum weight – 110kg. This is an active excursion and guests must be physically fit in order to participate. For safety reasons, pregnant women may not participate on this excursion.
What to Bring: Wear comfortable warm-weather clothing and walking shoes. Bring a hat and adequate sun protection and insect repellent. Please fill your water bottle before leaving the ship.
