Accessibility: This tour is not accessible and therefore is unable to accommodate guests who are wheelchair users, or those who rely on canes, rollators, or other assistive devices. For safety reasons, guests who are blind/low vision or deaf/hard of hearing, must travel with a companion.

Requirements & Restrictions: Minimum age – 3 years. For safety reasons, guests must have enough agility to embark the RIB boat and be in good physical condition; pregnant women may not participate on this excursion and this tour is not suitable for those with back or neck injuries or conditions, which may be affected by the bumpy ride.

What to Bring: Please wear comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, a hat, and jacket. Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, and bottled water. Conditions can be cool and windy, so a scarf, gloves, and warm jacket are recommended.

Good to Know: Guests will need to walk approximately 5-10 minutes from the water shuttle arrival point to the coach departure point. The walk is over uneven ground with a slight incline to reach the Visitor Centre. Guests will be provided with wet weather jackets. Ride can be fast paced and bumpy in places. The route is dependent on weather conditions and is subject to change. Those prone to seasickness should take the necessary precautions. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed since it varies by season and weather condition.
