Notes

Accessibility: Guests who are blind, have low vision, or are deaf or hard of hearing must be accompanied by a companion at all times.

Requirements & Restrictions: Guests must be able to board the coach unassisted. Closed-toed shoes are required for the factory tour. Disposable hair nets are provided on site and must be worn within the processing facility. Dietary requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to port day. Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

What to Bring: Comfortable flat-soled shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a hat, jacket, sunscreen, bottled water, and local currency or credit/debit card for purchases.

Good to Know: This tour is not available on Sundays or public holidays. The terrain is mostly flat and paved, however, some gravel surfaces may be encountered, and certain areas may be slippery.
